The 2nd Global Digital Forum will be held from October 8 to 10 at the Mechta (Dream) complex in Moscow’s Gorky Park. Over the course of the event, guests from 110 countries will discuss digital transformation trends, technological solutions for digital infrastructure, and opportunities for collaboration and product integration into national digital ecosystems.
Representatives from countries in Africa, Asia, the Persian Gulf, Latin America, and Europe will take part in the forum. As many as 750 international delegates – including deputy prime ministers and ministers of digital development – have confirmed their attendance, joining Russian experts and other high-ranking guests.
By participant category, the private sector accounts for the largest share, followed by the public sector, educational institutions, international organizations, civil society institutions, and professional associations.
The 2026 program promises to be packed and wide-ranging. Scheduled events include a panel discussion on digital reality in culture, a workshop on integrated projects in economic sectors, an expert roundtable on global practices in national digital transformation strategies, a panel discussion on the intelligent economy, a lecture on the digital future of the creative economy, a roundtable on AI opportunities in emerging content markets, and a visionary lecture exploring the “agent economy.”
This year’s program also introduces new formats. Forum guests will be able to take part in a journalism school and a bloggers’ school. The event will also feature the presentations of the African AI Sovereignty Alliance and the Global Alliance for the Protection of Children in the Digital Environment. In total, the forum program comprises around 40 sessions, educational tracks, and interactive events. More than 100 agreements are expected to be signed by the end of the forum.
The 2nd Global Digital Forum is held with the support of the Russian Government, the Ministry of Digital Development, and the Russian Foreign Ministry. Forum partners include the Moscow Government (General Partner), PSB Bank (Strategic Partner), the A7 Russian international settlement system (Special Partner), VKontakte (Official Partner), Roscosmos and the TsNIIMash rocket and spacecraft scientific center (Space Partners), RIA Novosti (General Media Partner), and Kommersant Publishing House (General Information Partner). Positive Technologies and Ruwiki are also serving as forum partners. The forum is operated by the National Priorities and the Center for Global IT Cooperation autonomous non-profit organizations.
