Friends!

From October 8 to 10, Moscow will host the 2nd Global Digital Forum – a platform for open dialogue among those who are shaping the digital future today.

We look forward to welcoming representatives from over 100 countries to Russia, including government leaders, heads of technology companies and startups, researchers, experts, and representatives of the media and creative industries. Together, we will discuss not only the key challenges of our time – such as the development of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure and sovereignty – but also tangible opportunities for partnerships, joint projects, and technological exchange.

The Global Digital Forum is a place where ideas turn into solutions and dialogue grows into long-term cooperation.

I invite you to join us in Moscow to showcase your projects, find new partners, and work together to define a path for technological development grounded in human-centricity, trust, and mutual benefit.

See you at the Global Digital Forum.
