The Russian developer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment, SIGNALTEK JSC, took part in the inaugural Global Digital Forum, held on 5–6 June 2025 in Nizhny Novgorod. The company demonstrated strong international interest in Russian telecom solutions by signing 17 memoranda of cooperation during the event.
Expanding International Partnerships
As part of the Forum, SIGNALTEK established partnerships with representatives from 13 countries: Uganda, Morocco, South Africa, Congo, Gambia, Kenya, Iraq, Algeria, Ethiopia, Palestine, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. The signed memoranda open new opportunities for the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in the fields of telecommunications and information security.
Technological Leadership on the Global Stage
The key areas of international cooperation include:
• Next-generation mobile technologies – development of advanced solutions in radio communications and LTE networks to ensure high-quality connectivity in developing regions;
• Cybersecurity and access control – implementation of secure internet access systems featuring user activity monitoring and illegal content blocking;
• Digital infrastructure – comprehensive development of telecommunications networks, including the supply and servicing of equipment for data transmission, processing, and storage.
An Innovative Integrated Solution
During the Forum, SIGNALTEK, together with Russian technology partners RDP, SOFTIME, BULAT, and PROTEI, presented a unique end-to-end solution for building LTE networks with integrated monitoring and cybersecurity systems.
"Participation in the first Global Digital Forum was a landmark event for us. We showcased a fully developed end-to-end solution — from base stations and network core to cybersecurity systems. The strong interest shown by partners from Africa, Asia, and the Middle East confirms the global demand for Russian technologies. Our goal is to provide reliable and secure communications not only in Russia, but also to become a trusted technology partner for countries striving for digital sovereignty," said Alexey Alyasev, General Director of SIGNALTEK JSC.
