Moscow and Beijing have agreed to cooperate in the field of science and technology

MOSCOW, March 31. /tass/. The Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC) and the Beijing Center for International Scientific and Technical Cooperation signed a memorandum on the development of partnership in the field of science, technology and innovation. This was reported to TASS by the MIC's press service.

"The Moscow Innovation Cluster and the Beijing Center for International Scientific and Technical Cooperation have agreed to develop a partnership in the field of science, technology and innovation. The memorandum of cooperation was signed on March 27, 2025 in Beijing," the press service said.

It is noted that the parties agreed to develop cooperation in the field of technology exports, including through the joint promotion of high-tech companies' solutions to the markets of China and Russia. Special attention was paid to the search for cooperation formats between Russian and Chinese companies, the exchange of expertise and access to support infrastructure.

"The Memorandum is a bridge between our technological ecosystems. It will allow combining the best practices of Moscow and Beijing in order to solve global challenges together and bring innovations to the international level. I am confident that we will be able to create solutions that will determine the technological agenda of the decade," said Zhao Zhe, director of the Beijing Center for International Scientific and Technical Cooperation, quoted by the press service.
