10 Years of Growth: The 10th Anniversary CIPR Conference to Take Place on June 2–8

This year marks the 10th annual Conference on Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) — the country’s leading business event in the field of digital economy. Over the past decade, CIPR has been established as one of the most authoritative platforms for dialogue between business and government on the digital transformation of society and key growth industries that shape Russia’s economy and contribute to international cooperation.

CIPR has grown from a sectoral initiative into an event of international scale. The anniversary edition is expected to gather 10,000 participants from across all Russian regions as well as 25 countries. Nearly 150 agreements and memorandums, including international ones, are set to be signed on-site. Over the past decade, the number of participants and speakers has tripled, the number of partners has quadrupled, and the number of participating companies has grown from 380 to 5,000 — a thirteenfold increase.

The anniversary year invites a rethinking of development approaches and bold steps toward the future, aligned with national priorities and global technological trends. CIPR participants — including state corporations, large and medium-sized businesses, representatives of federal and regional ministries, and international market leaders — actively contribute to Russia’s digital economy and foster global cooperation.

Our mission is to show how digitalization is reshaping familiar processes and how technology is becoming a reliable companion — something we live and work with every day,” says Olga Piven, CIPR Co-Founder and Director.

CIPR plays a key role in fostering equitable international dialogue. It serves as a platform for attracting investment and building partnerships between developers and regulators in the digital sphere.

This year’s program will also feature Tech-Friendly Weekend, a citywide festival that blends business and entertainment activities. Taking place from June 5 to 8, it will spotlight artificial intelligence as its central theme, with sessions covering finance, marketing, media, art, fashion, sustainability, human capital, and education.

A major innovation of the 10th anniversary edition is the Global Digital Forum, a platform for international digital cooperation grounded in respect, trust, and equal opportunities for all participating countries. Held on June 5–6, the Forum will gather representatives from governments, businesses, academia, the research community, and international organizations — including the United Nations. The program will feature around 60 sessions, educational tracks, and interactive events, with more than 130 speakers from 110 countries.

As part of this milestone year, the task for CIPR participants is not only to reflect on the industry’s remarkable progress, but also to shape a national-scale digital development strategy for the next decade.

The event is held in Nizhny Novgorod with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, and the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
